If you want to change

You can, any time before the scheduled departure.

No change fees apply if they are made with 24 hours or more notice before the scheduled departure; You only pay any fare difference between the old and the new fare.

Changes made with less than 24 hours notice before the scheduled departure can be made on payment of a fee of 20% of the ticket fare (minimum $22.00 per person).

If you want to cancel

You can, with 24 hours or more notice before the scheduled departure, the fare is fully refundable.

For cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice before the scheduled departure, the fare is refundable less a fee of 20% of the ticket value (minimum $22.00 per person).
