In keeping with a whole of government approach to crime prevention, QR has formed partnerships and working relationships with agencies such as the Queensland Police Service, Department of Communities, and various councils and community groups. QR works with these external parties to enhance safety and security on QR property and in the wider community. 

Integrated security and crime prevention strategies have been developed that encompass measures including crime prevention technology, security personnel and alternative justice options.
